Who knew. Who knew that photography would play such a huge role in my teenage life. Photography has been a passion of mine since the beginning, turning into a reality faster than I can imagine. I am so blessed to be in a nation where creative freedom is welcomed all around. Photos are my life, it allows me to express myself like never before. Everyone interprets their view of the world differently, except my tool of choice is a camera. I was born in China on June 14, 1994. I was adopted by two wonderful parents and brought to Honolulu Hawaii on July 4, 1995. Oahu is my home and will always have a place in my heart. It has been the foreground of my best masterpieces. Photographers all over the world share the same mantra which is, "when you find your style/approach to life, go with it". I'm no professional by any means, I still have much ways too go. To dream is an understatement, I want to become a professional photographer and will work my ass off to get there. I'm not afraid of what people think of me because it detracts me from being who I really am. I am Troy Wong, a photographer based in Honolulu Hawaii. |
